Skyora provides host placement, onboarding guidance and support for female hosts on third-party live-streaming and one-to-one calling platforms. Skyora collects only minimal, non-sensitive data required for eligibility and contact.

  • City / Location
  • Contact number (phone / WhatsApp)

3. Data We Do NOT Collect

Skyora does NOT collect or store government IDs (Aadhaar, passport), bank/UPI details, IP addresses, biometric data or payment information. Those are collected directly by partner apps (if required).

4. How We Use Data

We use minimal data to verify eligibility, place hosts with partner apps, communicate about onboarding and provide support. Skyora never sells or rents host data.

5. Sharing

We share only minimal profile info (name, age confirmation, location, contact) with partner platforms for placement and coordination when necessary. KYC and payment info remain with the apps.

Skyora — Terms & Conditions

Effective: December 12, 2025

1. Introduction

Skyora is a placement and support company for female hosts working on third-party live streaming and one-to-one calling apps. We do not operate those apps and we do not control their policies or operations.

2. Eligibility

Hosts must be 18+ and provide truthful information. False information may lead to immediate termination.

3. Our Role

  • Match and place hosts on verified apps
  • Provide onboarding, training and support
  • Coordinate communications with partner platforms

4. Limitations & Liability

Skyora is not responsible for:

  • Any recordings, screenshots or saved content from partner apps
  • Payout cuts, delays, or reductions imposed by apps
  • Viewer behavior, harassment, extortion, or fraud inside apps
  • Data breaches or security incidents at partner apps
  • Decisions, suspensions, or bans by partner apps

5. Indemnification

Hosts agree to indemnify and hold Skyora harmless from claims arising out of their use of partner apps, breach of these Terms, or illegal conduct.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to hosts. Continued use implies acceptance.

Skyora — Host Contract Agreement

Please read carefully. This is a summary contract for host placement and safety.

Agreement

This agreement is between Skyora (the “Company”) and the Host (the “Worker”). It governs placement, conduct and responsibilities while using third-party streaming/calling apps.

Terms

  • Independent Contractor: The Host is an independent contractor, not an employee.
  • Scope: Skyora provides placement, training and limited support only.
  • Data & KYC: Skyora collects only name, age confirmation (18+), city/location and contact. All KYC and bank details are collected by partner apps directly.
  • Earnings: No guaranteed income. App payouts are controlled by the app.

Host Responsibilities

  1. Follow Skyora safety guidelines and the app’s rules.
  2. Do not share personal contact or financial info with viewers.
  3. Do not engage in illegal or prohibited activities.
  4. Report abusive or suspicious users to the app and Skyora.

Termination

Skyora may terminate this agreement for breach, fraud or illegal acts. Hosts may end participation anytime by emailing support@skyora.me.

Skyora — Refund & Cancellation Policy

No Fees for Hosts

Skyora does not charge hosts for registration, training, or placement. Hosts do not pay Skyora under any circumstances.

Refunds

Because Skyora does not collect funds from hosts, refunds are not applicable. If a host paid a third-party app or purchased app credits, those refunds must be handled by the app according to their policy.

Cancellation

Hosts may discontinue participation at any time by emailing support@skyora.me. There are no cancellation fees.

Skyora — Host Training & Safety Guidelines

Profile & Setup

  • Use a clear profile picture (no personal address or family images).
  • Write a short, professional bio — avoid giving personal details.
  • Test your device and internet connection before going live.

Safety Rules

  • Never share phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, or personal email.
  • Never meet viewers in person based on in-app conversations.
  • Never accept payments outside the app.
  • Never send private photos, videos or identity documents to viewers.

During Live Sessions

Be professional, polite and keep conversations general. If you feel threatened or uncomfortable, end the session and report the user to the app and to Skyora.

Reporting

Report harassment, threats or suspicious behavior to the app immediately and also to support@skyora.me.
